To use NeoPolymarket you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident or citizen of Uganda. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
One account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts to gain advantages or circumvent restrictions is prohibited and will result in permanent bans.
NeoPolymarket provides an information market platform where users can trade YES/NO contracts on the outcomes of real-world events in Uganda. We are not a casino or gambling platform — we are a forecasting and information market.
The platform operates an automated market maker (AMM) pricing model. Prices reflect the collective probability implied by all traders, not any recommendation by NeoPolymarket Ltd.
Minimum single trade: ¢ 1,000. Maximum daily deposit: ¢ 35,000. Maximum weekly withdrawal: ¢ 2,000,000.
Trades are final once confirmed. Cancellation is not possible after a trade executes. You may sell your position before market close at the current market price.
A platform fee of 2% is deducted from all winning payouts. No fee is charged on losing positions.
Deposits are accepted via MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money. Minimum deposit: ¢ 2,000. All deposits are credited instantly upon Mobile Money confirmation.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours. Minimum withdrawal: ¢ 5,000. NeoPolymarket charges no withdrawal fee; your Mobile Money provider may apply standard network charges.
All user funds are held in a regulated escrow account separate from company operating funds.
Any verified user may propose a market by paying a refundable creator bond (¢ 10,000–¢ 50,000). The bond is refunded in full when a market goes live, or 50% refunded if rejected.
Market creators earn 0.5% of all trading volume on their market. This fee is credited automatically with each trade.
NeoPolymarket reserves the right to reject, modify, or cancel any proposed market without notice if it violates these terms, is ambiguous, or cannot be resolved by verifiable public information.
Markets are resolved by NeoPolymarket editors using the sources specified at market creation. Resolution decisions are final. In the event of ambiguity, editors use their best judgment based on the spirit of the market question.
If a market cannot be resolved (e.g. source is unavailable, event is inconclusive), it may be cancelled and all stakes refunded in full.
Payouts are credited to wallets within 1 hour of resolution. The platform fee is deducted before payout.
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:
NeoPolymarket Ltd is not liable for any trading losses incurred by users. The platform provides a marketplace; we do not give financial advice or guarantee any return on trades.
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We are not liable for force majeure events, third-party failures (Mobile Money outages), or events outside our reasonable control.
Community Leagues are user-created prediction contests with real entry fees and prize pools. By joining a league you agree to the following:
Neocybe reserves the right to approve or reject Market Creator applications at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason.
Approved creators agree to maintain market quality standards including: clear resolution criteria, named authoritative sources, no manipulable outcomes, and compliance with all platform rules. Persistent violation of quality standards may result in creator status being revoked.
Users are solely responsible for any content they upload, including profile photos and market descriptions. By uploading content you confirm that you have the right to do so and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: obscene, defamatory, or illegal material; content that impersonates another person; and images that reveal personal information of others without consent. Violations will result in immediate content removal and may result in account suspension.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered Mobile Money number within 5 business days.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. In cases of fraud or manipulation, balances may be forfeited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kampala, Uganda.
We are registered with the National Information Technology Authority – Uganda (NITA-U).
