We use a single session cookie (UP_SESS) to keep you logged in. This cookie contains no personally identifiable information beyond a secure session token.

NeoPolymarket is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a user under 18 has created an account, we will immediately close the account and delete all associated data.
Identity verification (KYC) documents you submit — including national ID scans — are stored encrypted at rest on our servers. Access is restricted to designated admin reviewers only and is logged for audit purposes.
KYC documents are retained for a maximum of 24 months from submission, or for the duration your account is active, whichever is longer. After the retention period, documents are permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting our data team, subject to legal and regulatory obligations.
Profile photos you upload are stored on Neocybe's servers and are displayed publicly as part of your profile. We do not share your profile photo with third parties, sell it, or use it for advertising without your explicit consent.
You can remove your profile photo at any time from your account settings. Removed photos are deleted from our servers within 7 days.
When a user invites you to a Community League, your username is shared with the inviter as a notification recipient. The inviter's username is shared with you as part of the invitation notification. No other personal information is shared between users through the invitation system.
League membership — including your picks and leaderboard position — is visible to other league members for the duration of the league.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
